    Reservation was 6:15, got there 6:10. BUT did get seated until 6:45. Then the waitress didn’t come over until 8:00 to order drinks. Table water had floaters in it. Food was good.

    We requested a table outside and had a gorgeous view of the water. Food was excellent and their early bird special was a great value. Service was excellent along with everything else.

    I live in Longboat key and we  frequently dine at Chart house.  Normally we don’t have any problem with the food or the quality, however, tonight everything was very salty and the broccolini was nothing but mush. I was very disappointed in the entire meal.

    The outstanding service by our waitress and also the willingness of the hostess to accommodate our preferences were the highlights. Entrees were disappointing.

    We have liked the chart house in the past. This was easter Sunday, and i don't believe they were ready for the crowds. We had a 5;30 reservation. Our dinner cocktails and bread arrived at the table at 6:20. I think if you don't have enough servers, or can't handle the crowds, then limit the number of seating for that day. I believe this will make for a better patron experience.

    It’s been around for a while, and it’s still one of the best values in the area. The view excellent! Service, food, just about everything is perfect.

    Our food was cooked perfectly. We had the filet mignon and the shrimp and it was delicious. Our service was impeccable and we really enjoyed our Easter meal. Kudos to this great restaurant.
