   Had a wonderful experience at The Charming Elephant. The Laotian and Thai dishes were explosive in flavor, the service was attentive and helpful, and the atmosphere was — well — charming. This is my new favorite place for Asian cuisine in Baltimore.

   I would absolutely recommend to all. I will be going back. The food was delicious and tasty. The pork belly in the Tom Khem was divine!!!
