About this restaurant

  • Good for groups
  • Hot spot
  • Romantic
Just like you, we dream of ditching work to sip rose in the park and of hot summer nights all year long. We hope you’ll come and be a part of what we are – a place to celebrate life with what we know best – food and drink (crazy delicious food and drink, to be exact).

Our space is local, spreading from the inside out; we’re organic in our approach and our delivery. Our team’s background is complex and while we hail from some of the finest dining establishments in the world, we just want to be your favorite, neighborhood joint.

The menu comes from New York’s farmer's markets, Long Island fishing boats, country fields and the wondrous meanderings of spirited travelers with passionate palates. We’re crushing seafood, roasted meats, crazy good wine and creamy espresso. Our wine list is broad enough for you to come by and enjoy wine with us every night. We’re Italian influenced, American executed and entirely New York.

The sommelier we had was absolutely incredible and took the time to teach us about the wine we were drinking. We had such a wonderful time!

Unfortunately it was not a good experience and do not recommend. As far as the food, the appetizers and desserts were good, but the entrees were inedible: specifically the short rib special was too fatty and the grilled bass was gone off and way too fishy. We told the waiter that and he neither apologized or offered us to order something else in place. He was more focused on rushing us through the table, where he gave us the bill within an hour and a half as the hostess said they had another reservation waiting. As a long time NYer (also worked in a NYC restaurant for a couple of years) It's understandable that during the holiday season, restaurants are trying to book as many tables as possible, but ruining one customers experience to get another customer in, is not a good policy.

Overall, was pleased with the experience. The food was good though the portions were sooooo small (and prices were high), it was disappointing and we were still hungry after the meal!

Such an incredible menu, everything is always fresh and delicious. It's definitely a slower service over lunch and not as many people around. Nevertheless the food was still delicious! Love the razor clams.

This is my first time for lunch here. Service was beyond slow and the food was mediocre at best for the expensive price tag. I prefer my other options in the area such as Hundred Acres.

The food was unique and excellent. Portions were a little on the small side. I had a lovely glass of wine and the service was perfect.

The food and outdoor seating was great. The burrata and cucumbers was not what I expected. The service was very slow. Greeted probably over 10 minutes after we sat. Had to ask for our wine to be refilled since it was on ice. For the level of food that is being served I thought the experience would be more cohesive, especially if the table is at over $100 a head at brunch.
