Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe. Charley’s has been recognized with numerous awards including “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine, DiRōNA and Orlando Magazine’s“ Best Steak House & Best Old Favorite”.     Our bar top wasn’t going to be available for a bit so we ended up at a table. Turned out great because Kelli was fantastic!

    My sister and I were celebrating our wedding anniversaries and decided to dine at Charley’s steakhouse. They never disappoint! Our steaks were delicious, service by Evelyn and manager Paul was outstanding. The salted caramel brownies were to die for. I highly recommend Charley’s for celebrating your special occasions!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

    The service was fantastic and Nick did a great job explaining the different cuts of steak they offered. We decided on the filet for my wife and I grabbed the wagyu. These were both done exceptionally well and would make us come back again and again. Great food, great atmosphere and an overall great experience!

    OMG, the best steakhouse in the area - hands down! Food was absolutely delicious and our waiter Gus was excellent! Such a great guy and made sure that we were well taken care of. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. We used to go to another upscale steakhouse that's very close to this one, but at Charley's you can actually get a delicious baked potato and mushrooms with your steak. And even though it was a little more expensive, there is no comparison about the atmosphere and food quality! Last thing I have to say, we are not typically dessert people, but the caramel brownie is to die for! You can't leave without it!
