    You can get a great steak many places, what you can’t get everywhere is an experience. Nick made it special. High energy excited knowledgeable and wanted us to have a special celebration for our anniversary. There was a hand signed card for us , special appetizer, special dessert, and multiple congratulations from various staff. Kudos to nailing the dining experience -my only feedback for improvement was the lightning I couldn’t see the menu well at all used my phone light lol

    My Birthday Dinner was fantastic! Had the Kansas City bone in Strip! An excellent bottle of wine and chocolate cake for Dessert! Krista was an excellent server!

    I recently hosted a business dinner at Charley’s Steakhouse with seven guests, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the perfect tone—sophisticated yet relaxed—ideal for professional conversation and a memorable evening. The service was top tier across the board. Our servers were attentive, professional, and effortlessly managed a large table with perfect timing and attention to detail. The bartenders were equally impressive, crafting some of the best cocktails we’ve had. The smoky Old Fashioned in particular was a standout—perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and a great way to kick off the evening. As for the food—it was nothing short of exceptional. The Steak Tartare was the best I’ve ever had: incredibly fresh, expertly seasoned, and a favorite at the table. The fried lobster tail was another highlight—crispy, tender, and packed with flavor. Of course, the steaks were flawless—cooked to perfection and bursting with richness. Every dish, from starters to sides, was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully executed. Charley’s delivered an elevated dining experience that impressed every guest and made for a memorable business evening. Whether you’re hosting clients, celebrating a special occasion, or just looking for a truly great meal, I highly recommend Charley’s Steakhouse. I’ll definitely be returning.

    Unfortunately we sat next to 2 tables that had very loud conversations going on which made it difficult to even hear each other sitting across from one another. Bacon cheddar potatoes had WAY too much garlic in them that we couldn’t eat them. The steak was very good although very expensive. Service was excellent though.

    First time in Charley’s. Service was outstanding. We ordered the 50 oz porterhouse steak for the three of us. It was excellent. Side dishes size was plenty for the three of us. We didn’t have space for dessert so it will be on the next visit.
