   Just started to eat our salad and they brought dinner. They took it away and said they’d bring it back. We told the waitress who was very friendly and courteous food was just okay.

   We came to celebrate Easter - the service was terrible. Our server was rude, annoyed and dismissive. We waiting more than an hour for a salad - our server provided no updates and did nothing to make us feel welcome . I am very sad that this was how we spent Easter Sunday

   Had reservation for 12:15 Easter Sunday arrived 11:45 & no one seemed concerned we had one being line was out the door. Finally seated in bar area where the only 1 bartender was our waiter while he made drinks for the entrie place. You could tell he was over whelmed but did as good a job possiable. Place is poorly managed & way under staffed. We had play tickets in Charleston for 2 PM & left resturant @ 1:20 to make it with out any food eaten. Great place if you want to wait an hour and half with over priced drinks and never recieving your food. Menu was limited due to Easter & the lunch menu we expected was not available. Would of been nice if their web site stated that. Overall a terrible experience & got to pay$10 for parking to boot. Tipped bartender $5 for the best service he was able to give under the circumstances, not his fault management to blame!

   Albeit it was Easter Sunday, the service was a disaster. 30 mins to be seated for our reservation then 2 hours for our meal to come out. Yes the bill was discounted 50% due to this but caused the kids to miss out on the Easter activities at the resort and just caused an overall poor experience. To make things worse I asked to speak to the manager twice and this person refused to show their face. Really super unprofessional overall.

   We showed up on time for our reservation, waited 30 minutes in line, no hostess and then was told they were not serving until noon. Our reservation was 11:15.

   On Easter morning, I had a 10:30am Brunch scheduled for four at a high top table outside. We weren't able to even get to the counter to check in with the hostess until about 11am - they were clearly either understaffed or unprepared for the Easter Sunday traffic. They initially asked us if we'd like to move to a booth inside, to which we mentioned the requested outside high top. It took another 10-15 minutes to get seated from there. Once seated, there was only 1 waitress for the outside, who we felt really bad for with the amount of frustration among customers. The food and drink service was absolutely awful. For a 10:30am Brunch, we did not get our food until 12:30pm and that seemed to be the case with every other table outside, all of whom were also very very frustrated with the service. We finally had to speak with the manager who helped us out, and while the food was actually good and the views from the restaurant were excellent, we will likely not be returning.

   I have dined at this restaurant twice and have been disappointed twice. The first time was for dinner, we had reservations, and we sat at the table for over 20 minutes before anybody even acknowledged us. The food is pricey, and in my opinion, not worth the money the restaurant was understaffed and everything took so long. I recently dined in for Easter with a party of 13. Again, restaurant was completely understaffed. Never expected that…figured they would be prepared since it was Easter Sunday. However, we waited over an hour and a half to receive our food and when it started coming out, only a few of us were being served as it slowly came out in pieces so none of us got to eat together. The whole experience was disappointing spending all that money and receiving an experience like that is awful especially on a holiday. No one was friendly. Everyone looked exhausted and stressed running around. It’s not the server’s fault. It’s the managers and whoever is running this establishment. Such a beautiful location never expected this, especially twice.

   Beautiful view- great place to unwind or have a romantic evening. Service was very good and the food was good as well. They could up their game in food but it was still a very good meal. Very reasonable prices

    Food was ok. Had better food there before. Grouper and salmon were average. Sides were cold. Ordered FF never got it.
