   My husband and I are foodies and just love this restaurant. Everything is delicious! They have many non-dairy/vegan options as well. Can’t wait to go back!

   My wife and I enjoyed a pleasant dinner at Char'd. The staff was very accommodating when we called to say we'd be a bit late for our reservation, and all the staff members were friendly throughout our meal. The service was a bit slow, and while my dish (the beef bulgogi) was delicious, my wife's tofu bibimbap was just okay. The restaurant was also a bit dark, which didn't really add to the ambience. Overall, we had a pleasant time and are willing to give Char'd another opportunity.

   The food was amazing- the service was not. This was our first time in the restaurant so we were unfamiliar with several of the menu items. The restaurant was busy but not packed, and our server seemed very scattered and was probably overwhelmed. It took over an hour to get both of our appetizers. Our server was not attentive at all. We had to flag him down for more water and to order our entrees. He never checked back in with us or asked if we needed anything else… until ultimately just bringing us the bill. The food was delicious, and there seems to be much potential here! Hopefully the staff was just having an off day- otherwise Char’d won’t be around very long!

   I was looking forward to trying this restaurant from the recommendation of a friend. The food was fine but the service was horrible! There appeared to be only one waiter handling every table and the “hostess” remained at her front post the entire time on her phone. No one checked on our food until we were finished and then we sat for about 30 minutes before we got some attention to bring us our bill. We won’t be returning!

   All of the food was amazing, especially the dumplings and the galbi. Drinks were all great, highly recommend the far east.

   Food is amazing, however not worth the extensive time it took from start to finish. We were sat, hardly acknowledging us for almost 20 minutes; no water or drink. Can’t blame server, she did best she could during evening. Feel bad writing such a review, but maybe a learning experience for management. We were told several times kitchen backed up because of large party dinner reservation. At what point is this explanation inexcusable? Drink order came out scattered, dinner literally took one hour twenty minutes to be served. My husband was comp’d one drink?? Meals should have been taken off our bill. When you have a large party, plan accordingly. Food is excellent. Five of us ate dinner, all meals were excellent; served hot, how we ordered and delicious.

   Have eaten here a number of times. Food is always good, unfortunately the service the last 2 times is incredibly slow. Assume not enough staff, but honestly should let customers know at start of service just so aware of issues.

    Excellent dinner at Char’d. Starters were outstanding—dumplings and KFC wonderful flavors and the sauces were exceptional!! The bulgogi and the bibimbop were amazing and flavorful!! Service was perfect!!
