The burger is then char-grilled over an open flame and built with the carefully crafted combination of premium toppings resting on the lightly toasted and seasoned bun. Your senses will be amplify by the unique vibe of our atmosphere, the energy of our community, and unparalleled Coastal Hospitality. The final plated product then explodes with house-made sauces, paired with unique sides, and the perfectly paired beverage. Sushi At A Burger Joint? Yep, That's Right When it comes to amazing sushi CharBar Co. provides an exemplary experience. The inspiration for Charbar's sushi menu comes from managing partner and executive chef, Tim Nelson's worldwide travels, as well as his love of music. The sushi rolls have been cleverly named after artists, records, and songs that have inspired him throughout his culinary career. The new sushi bar menu includes more traditional California Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll, while including more creative options as well. New flavors are original as the "Strawberry Fields" roll, composed of Escolar, Strawberry, Jalapeno, Toasted Almonds, and Eel Sauce, the "Coco Cabana" roll made with Coconut Tempura Shrimp, Cucumber, Ahi Tuna, Avocado, and Spicy Mayo.

Amazing! The best burgers! The onion dip and chips were so good! Our server Christopher took great care of us. Definitely will be back!

We went at 4pm so of course it was quiet. Fine by us! Our waiter was very pleasant and helpful. Burgers were very tasty!! Fries and onion rings were awesome!! We ate every bite. Will definitely return. Recommend!!

David the manager is awesome. He’s very friendly, greets you when you arrive and checks on you throughout your visit. He has a very happy disposition and appears to like his job. The food was very good but did notice a significant price increase

It is a great sandwich place & have excellent adult beverages!! It is conveniently located next to the movie theatre, which we went to after dinner. A place you can depend on.
