Banquet events are available by contacting our sales department. We offer an elegant ballroom with six hanging chandeliers. The ballroom can seat approximately 150 people for buffet dining, and 100-120 people for plated dinner service. We also offer a tea party service, but they have to planned with a sales associate at least 5 days in advance to be able to prepare for the event.

Fabulous prefixed Valentine dinner. Chateaubriand was magnificent as was the eggplant’ Squash blossom appetizer was very good!

Poor service. Slow and not attentive. We had to park in a bank across the street because the parking lot was full at the hotel. For the quality of the food it was very overpriced.

Saturday night @ 7pm and we were the only people there. Def., not the place to be when in Oxford.

Unfortunately it was not very busy in the Grill that night. Most of our guest preferred to sit in the Lounge and dine that evening so they could watch the LSU basketball game that started at seven. Or other guest dined earlier that evening on their way to the LSU game. Sorry this left you sitting in the Grill alone when the game started.

There was hardly any service. The bar tenders were covering the bar and trying to wait tables also. They needed more help, took forever to get anything. Finally got to order dinner, after waiting way to long the food came out. Salad, appetizer, main coarse, all at once. When the bar tender finally checked on our food, it was all done so we got it all at once. Being hungry we just dug in. Everything tasted ok, steak was over done from medium, all the vegetables In the gumbo, shrimp and grits were raw and crunchy. Nothing was cooked or sautéed, everything was just added. Everything was very bland, no flavor. There was a group of 8 children that was very loud And rambunctious while the parents enjoyed a beverage on the patio while not paying attention to the kids. We have heard the CH was a good place for dinner. Now that we have tried it, we won’t go back.

Delicious food and great service. Ask for Marty. He has waited on our table on a couple of occasions, and he does a fantastic job.
