   Service was amazing and the food was great, with no long wait.. The ambiance was awesome, dim lights and candles

   We are a family of four. Two of us got entrees timely. 15-20 minutes go by. We ask what happened to the other two entrees. Only THEN did the restaurant begin to cook the other two entrees. It was a Monday night, early enough that there were few other customers. Yet the service was incredibly clueless. Ultimately, the food was good enough.

   I had dinner at Chance's before and I loved the food so I decided to make reservations there for my friend's birthday this past Saturday. I made a reservation for 8:30, my friends and I arrived at about 8:25. One of the waiters told us 15 minute wait which I thought was weird since we made reservations but I just sat at the bar and waited....and waited....and waited. By the time 9pm rolled around I was ready to scream. Just when I was about to ask about the hold up I saw the same waiter seat a party of 5 that came about 20 minutes after us. I complained to the manager who told us he was sorry and we'd be seated right away (which was another 15 minutes). We would have gone to another restaurant but on a Saturday night without a reservation, that would have been another waiting game. I can't even comment on the food because the service and attentiveness was absolutely disgusting. I won't be coming back here again.

   The food here is extremely delicious and the service was very quick. The portion sizes are filling coming from a guy that eats a lot and are definitely a good value. The location is great and has a dark kind of candle lit vibe going on and is great for a date night or even a casual night out with friends. Definitely recommend and will be attending again in the future.

   The Sea Bass,delicious the Crab Corn soup, very good more like a Bisque, the Lobster Dim Sum, tasty, lacked Lobster, the Pepper duck was ok, nothing special. Overall, liked the wide range of different dishes.

   The atmosphere was lovely, intimate and friendly with thoughtfully prepared dishes! Visually satisfying decor too.

   Service was very bad. Waitress didnt understand what we were ordering, had to repeat 3x's, and then the bill took a good 15 minutes for them to pick up and bring back. As we had been there over an hour and a half, should of been a 45 minute escapade. Theres another sushi place down the block that is so much better and half the price, super better. Service there is also personable and impeccable.

    Bartender is one of the best in the city. My new Friday after Shul spot lol. Food is really good. Ambiance is chill. Overall a really nice experience
