   The food was great. Only issue was the staff did not recognize our anniversary even though I had it on the reservation. Also, we had to ask for dessert.

   We had a nice time and enjoyed a new Brazilian steakhouse. We have visited another on multiple occasions and our last visit was disappointing. Chama Gaucha got it right! We were seated before our reservation time! The salad bar was nice and plentiful. Once the meat started it got off to a slow start, but then picked up. The options were delicious & the salmon and shrimp were nice additions! We had to request the cheese and honey, but once we did it was delicious! The potatoes and fried bananas were excellent! We were too full to enjoy a dessert, but the options sounded wonderful! We will be back!

   Maybe because it was a busy weekend day but service seemed lacking this time and it was a bit on thr loud side.

   We got sat in an area with about 5-6 tables. It took them 30 min to bring any of the meats around and only because we asked. Mashed potatoes and plantains were brought after we had already started eating and again only because we asked for them. The food was good but the service really lacked.
