Our 2nd visit, this time we came to celebrate my 11 year old son’s bday. He is a pasta connoisseur-we have been all over little Italy but Cesarina is his favorite! He had rigatoni/bolognese and loved it. My husband had the pappardelle/short rib he said was amazing. I had the vegan lasagna and the flavor was unbelievable for a vegan dish. The portions were big enough for us to take home leftovers too. The staff went above and beyond and everyone was wishing my son happy birthday. We will most definitely be back!

It's such a treat to dine with friends at Cesarina. The ambiance is eclectic and cheerful. Our server was fun friendly and engaging. She shared about available specials but also informed us of her favorites. The food is delicious. We enjoyed a delightful lunch.

The restaurant has a lot of character to it, from the plates to the decorations, they all made the experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance was calm, yet very welcoming. The service was phenomenal. Our waiter was so sweet whenever she checked in on us and made sure our cups were always filled with water. We ordered the Napoletano, Scampi, and Funghi. The meals were a bit heavy, but at least we all left fulfilled.

We felt like we were in Italy eating with all the locals. Delicious from the salad to the gelato and tiramisu!

There is no place in San Diego that delivers the deliciousness and dining experience that we always enjoy at Cesarina. We don’t eat animals and always enjoy the classy and tasty meals there. There are plenty of amazing dishes - both plant and meat based - so something for everyone!

Food is absolutely amazing, from the bread to the lasagna. Carpaccio was out standing. A ten all day long. Lemonade was a 9/10
