   Food was excellent but the presentation on the grillo dessert could use some work as it looked un appetizing and did not look appealing

   I sat at the bar, I was there by myself and the bartender took wonderful care of me. He had great suggestions about the food, it came in a timely fashion and was delectable. I started with the house Negroni cocktail which was great, then sashimi with a lemon ponzu bath - then white bolognese pasta and finished with molten chocolate cake with a poached pear. The place was buzzing, but people could have conversations. Seemed to be a place to meet friends or co-workers and everyone enjoyed their food and ambiance. Recommend highly.

   Delicious food! Duck breast was perfect. Pastas were home made and tasty. Service was flawless. Overall a great dining experience.

   Food is very good and service excellent. But this is way overpriced. Two slices of fried green tomatoes are $18! Six tortelli are $34! One cup of coffee is $6. Refills are another $6! Desserts are $16. There are better and less expensive Italian restaurants all around DC.

   It was a birthday celebration, and my friend felt special. The staff was attentive but let us sit chatting for a period. Food was delicious and creative.

    Truly wonderful experience. Our server Ali was beyond amazing and attentive, and proactive - helped with allergies, and made our dinner extra special with his attention to detail, excellent service and kindness. Rafael was delightful and we enjoyed great Sicilian wine that paired wonderfully with our meal. Quality food, mouthful of flavor and exciting combinations. Will definitely return next time we're in town. Thank you both for a wonderful evening to celebrate a birthday !♡
