The food was terrific, Scallops done to perfection, very friendly and attentive waitstaff, the shrimp and green chili appetizer was excellent, would definitely return!

Another great meal at C. B. Grille plus lunch for the next two days. We recommend the veal cutlet and seafood linguini from this trip. Our waitress Sarah even remember where we sat last time we were there in March!

CB Grille is Copper's only fine dining option, but it is a great one nonetheless! I dine here frequently and am never disappointed. The service is exceptional and the restaurant has a great "feel" to it. My favorite is the butternut squash bisque, but the entrees are usually excellent as well.

Our server was very welcoming, she was most informative, very accommodating, good food suggestions, wine. She checked up on us often very lovely woman.

CB Grille stands above all the other dinner options in Copper. Inventive menu, great ambiance, friendly service, excellent food. I have been coming to Copper over many years. CB Grille has maintained its first class dining experience. Only place to go for a great dinner.

Our meals were wonderful, the service was great and the music selection was tasteful. Can't go wrong here plus I got dinner and two more meals out of my short ribs. If you have a Copper Mountain season pass, show it for your 10% off.

We enjoyed our first night enough that we went back for more. The food was very good, although for me the flavors were just a little too intense. The service was friendly and helpful. And the atmosphere was lively without being too noisy for conversation. All in all we were pleased. A little pricey, but we've certainly had worse food for more money.
