Nestled in the lee of Morgan’s Harbor, Catch is the inspiration of restauranteurs Walter Fajette and Cristiano Vincentini. United by their love of alfresco dining and the beautiful waters of the Caribbean Sea, Walter and Cris opened the restaurant in December 2014 - their sole mission, to serve the Islands’ freshest catch.

We had an amazing experience here - Calvin was so awesome and the fish was amazingly fresh. The wine list was fantastic, the ambiance so nice - wonderful breeze from the water! Met the owner - would definitely return here what a great experience!

Beautiful atmosphere. Magnificent service. Delicious food. Need I say more? We dine here every year during our Cayman vacation. One of our favorite restaurants for sure.

We ate at Catch while on a trip to Grand Cayman. It had very good reviews which is why we chose it. We had a great experience at the bar, which is why I hesitated to give a poor review for service. The bartender, Amy, is from Manchester, UK and knows her way around a cocktail, friendly, and efficient. In retrospect we should have stayed at the bar and ordered food there. The food was actually quite good, although we were seated and given menus and bread, but it was 15 min until anyone returned to take our order. Our waiter had four large tables when we arrived, but they needed more help. He did offer us a free dessert or drink at the end of the meal which we declined, so he was aware of the neglectful service. They did take 10% off our bill and, as most restaurants in the area do, added a 15% gratuity. We stopped at the bar to pay our check, as our waiter was preoccupied taking photos of the large party of 14 next to us. We thanked the bartender and added an extra tip for her, since our drinks were included in the total bill and it certainly was not her fault that a discount was added, which reduced the amount she was owed, as well.

The food was so fresh and so tasty and delicious. We started with the wahoo pastrami which was so different and amazing. We had the lobster bolognese and the tuna . They were both incredible, but the the Tuna was the best tuna we have every had, rare, but infused with flavor, it was incredible. I think we had the smores for dessert which were incredible. The service was impeccable. It was perfect!
