Awful service one hour and half to receive food, manager was awful as well & staff had no clue 2 waiters and an assistant manager serving us could not get anything right. Absolutely would not go back ! Tell the executive chef to go back to Joes.

We arrived right on time and were greeted with a blank stare from the non-verbal hostess. The other hostess was super friendly and engaged. The interior design is nice and comfortable. We were seated and waited about 10 minutes for our waiter to come over to take our drink order. The food was not very flavorful and extremely overpriced. I had the King Crab Legs ($170) which were swimming in water and the shells not totally cracked making it difficult to consume. No drawn butter was provided until I requested it. My husband got the burger which was dry and bland. We won’t be back.

Resturant is beautiful, service started off great fell off slightly as the meal progressed. Menu is pretty good variety, salads try too hard - prices average++ Chef was with Joe’s in SouthBeach, I was hoping for some fan favorites from Joe’s but not one on the menu. Valet makes it easy $7, albeit easy parking lot across the street for those wishing to self park. We’d go back for dinner.

Overall our experience was very good. The cocktails were excellent! The food was very good. We ordered the chopped salad, grouper, and filet for the main entrees. We also had the creamed spinach and lobster Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese had to be sent back as it was cold. But it was replaced. The only suggestion I would recommend that the filet could have been a bit more seasoned.

Second time here. Both times asked for outside which they keep telling me I just need to put in the notes. Which I do. We are never given outside. The bottom floor is unbearably LOUD. As in not able to hear yourself think LOUD. We went upstairs and a waiter, male, told us we could have a table for two there. We told him we were going to tell the front desk we found a table and he blurted out, well then you can’t have this one. I think this proves they do not care, do not know what they are doing, or some other game is going on as I suspect. Our organization allows many of their staff to park in our lot for free. I am less inclined to be for it it after the way we have been treated twice. The food is good. But staff does not fire on all cylinders. We may be back but it is low on our priority list.

Service was great and food was excellent! Although the muscles were very good in taste, in my personal opinion they should be a smaller size.
