   Food was terrible. Management was even worse. I’m so disappointed in the experience we had because they’re usually so much better.

   Waited 1.5h for our food. Wait staff was friendly and apologetic but never have I ever waited this long for food, especially cause the place wasn’t that busy. Meanwhile, they had mobile orders being picked up while we sat there.

   We had high hopes for our dining experience having been to the location under prior ownership. Unfortunately we were disappointed. It was Sunday so they only offered a limited brunch menu which we knew when going to the restaurant. We were seated upon entering the building & promptly greeted by our server. Ample time was given to choose our entrées which by description sounded great. 45 minutes after ordering we still had no food. We were able to get our server to come to the table & we asked when our food was coming. The hostess happened to be walking by as we asked so she stopped to help answer our questions. We were told the kitchen was “overwhelmed” as they were training new cooks & that Sundays were *usually* more busy than this particular Sunday. Another 30 minutes go by & our food is finally delivered. Looked promising however it was tepid at best. I had ordered the cuban panini, it sounded great. Not! The sandwich was very lacking in any quantity of meat. The entire sandwich had so little between the bread I had to open it to see if there was any in there. Maybe enough for a quarter of the sandwich, certainly not for the entire sandwich! Highly disappointing. The other 2 at the table ordered the tempura chicken tenders, also looked good. But the breading was so thick I don’t know if they were able to taste any chicken. All 3 of us had fries. The fries were good. That’s the one positive takeaway from our experience. I may consider revisiting on a day other than Sunday to try them again but it won’t be any time soon. They need to do better.

   The restaurant was Not busy. The food was slow. I asked for some ingredients to be left out of my rice bowl. The waitress made a snarky comment about it when she brought it out. We've eaten there before. We liked it at first. It seems to be going downhill. So unfortunate. Our guest said she would not be back.

   We had co the best waitress we have had in a while going out . Very personable !!Loved her glasses !! The food was good except the Brussels sprouts tasted like they just shaved them and didn’t fry them :( The waitress helped out by exchanging them for another side :)

   Wasn’t bad little pricey lobster dip was good for sure will be back for lunch ect but not for a date night type occasion

   We knew little about this place, but found it to be a fine dining experience. Great dishes, service very nice, and a good value. Emphasis is on the terrific food.

   Worst experience at a restaurant ever. We got there at 11:30. At 1:00 still did not have our food. And no estimate for when we would get it so we left. Two requests for manager but they were too busy. Second time we have tried there for brunch and second time time issue with food.

    Seated right away. Good sign? No. They only had one clean set of silver, so offered plastic. Ordered iced tea but they said they were waiting for clean glasses. Food arrived after 40 minutes and it was lukewarm at best. Very disappointing.
