   excellent experience - we have been patrons of what was once the Seafood Buffet for as long as it was running - the rebrand to Cast & Cut is lovely - only things we missed were fresh green salads and ribs! :) Our server Chelle was wonderful!

   The food was excellent. The service was poor. We were ignored and had to flag down our waitress for water and more drinks. We should not have to do that give the price tag of our dinner.

   Great food and service. We have been coming to the Seafood Buffet for many years. We were disappointed the last couple of years. The food last night was as good or better than it’s ever been!

   We loved that the OG seafood buffet is back, but with exciting new foods to taste as well. Everything was fresh and delicious - lots of options for my husband who doesn’t care for seafood. The amazing desserts were the surprise and favorite of the night for our children. We will be back every time we’re at Deer Valley for sure!

   Service as very good~ Ambiance - lots of children running around and baby crying Food Quilty - Hit or Miss - Portions given are small example one scallop

   The ultimate tasting experience. Our wait staff were very attentive. The Wagyu Tri-tip from the carvery was a special treat. The dessert variety had our entire party buzzing.

    The name is "Cast and Cut" which implies seafood and Land protein. The selection was 90% seafood with only 10% land meat choices. i brought a friend and relative to dinner who were not seafood enthusiasts and I promised them ahead there would be many other options. There were only a few and the guests said they would not return. There was a small station of steak and wild boar and thats about it. Im past years there were also bbq ribs and roast beef in addition to the steak choices. I recommend you bring those options back otherwise you'll have disappointed guests. On the positive side the existing food was very good along with good desserts.
