   Half of the items on the menu were not available. It took more than an hour to get a pizza which we ended up taking home. Everyone else at the table had already finish their meal by the time the pizza arrived. Parking across the street, not controlled by restaurant, was $20. It used to cost $10 when you mentioned that you were eating at the restaurant.

   Pimentón is the perfect stop before walking out to the Placita action. It’s casual, has a bar scene, the food and service are great and the restaurant is nice. Order the pizzas and the stracciatella di bufala appetizer. Bread pudding dessert is outstanding.

   The experience was great as always, we are locals and love coming here after work. Unfortunately the Thursday night we came (at around 6:30) the restaurant was out of half the menu. However that wasn’t the staffs fault, they accommodated us amazingly even with the lack of menu items.

   Our reservation was not honored, on Mothers Day. We arrived and were told we had to wait an hour, so I don’t get the point of them using OpenTable. To quote Jerry Seinfeld: “You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.”

   Horrible service and experience. We made a reservation and still waited over an hour for our table. Once seated they gave us our plates (which were all nicked and broken) and one of the plates had a massive hair stuck to it. The manager did not even apologize. The food is good but arrives cold. I think if they got a better manager and fixed the service this place could turnaround

   Terrible experience! The wait for the food was too much. They had only two waitresses for the entire restaurant on a Mother’s Day. Even with a reservation they had logistic issues seating people. Food took way too long and some items were cold. Drinks also took long. We ordered a bottle of champagne and they brought the bottle with no bucket and left it in the table not even cold. I had to request a bucket of ice for the bottle.

    We visited for Mother's Day and it was really busy. Our reservation was for 1:30pm and we got to sit down at 2:15pm on the bar because if we decided to go for standard seating, the wait was longer. There were only two servers for the whole restaurant... Besides the struggle of the seating, the food was outstanding. Will definitely go back and recommend.
