   The service was absolutely appalling. The waiter brought drinks for everyone at the table, except one person. We checked on her drinks multiple times and 45 minutes later she still had not received her drink. They then informed us that her drink was sold out. She asked for something different and that one was also sold out. She then selected a vodka Mojito, which took another 20 minutes to come. Nobody including the manager apologized to us once. The server was very inattentive because the service is included on the bill.

   Our server for the night Joseline is the best… Positive vibes positive attitude great and she was always checking in on our group making sure we were okay. I would definitely recommend CASA NEOS if you come to Miami, it’s worth it!

   If you want to just have a nice dinner, don't go on the weekends, because is a PARTY! Don't have many restrooms, and is a HUGE LINE to use bathrooms! If you like to party, that's the place! Or after 19:30PM that stars to be more quiet. Nice food, and nice service!

   My friends and I had a wonderful time enjoying the delicious brunch menu! We did find it a bit funny when we discovered that small bottles of Evian (that we didn’t ask for) were $10 each, which added up quickly for our large group. Although the food took a little longer to arrive than expected (even our server seemed a bit flustered), we appreciated the complimentary bread to kick things off. On the bright side, our server was super friendly, and the lively music really set a great vibe for our brunch!

   The decor and vibe is superb. But I was not impressed with the service . We order two steaks and they keep getting it wrong ( on the third time it was finally cooked perfectly) the order of drinks were forgotten so many times. We were told the steak order would be on the house as well as the drink that was forgotten but it was not. For the price of food you expect much more. We were not happy.

   El precio de las botellas es absurdamente exagerado, el servicio de atención para el brunch es fatal, el menú del brunch demasiado corto e insuficiente, no estoy de acuerdo con que la fiesta sea exclusiva para miembros.

   We had a reservation at 7:15. Called few times to try and change it to 8Pm but was told they are fully booked. We all arrived by 7:15 and checked with the host (3 hosts actually). We were told that table will be ready shortly, after 1 hour of standing and waiting we had to ask for a manager who got us seated around 8:30. This is unacceptable since I tried to change the reservation for later time but were told they were fully booked! Now for the food/drinks part: Drinks not consistent, the old fashioned at the bar was good, at the table was terrible. Food: skip appetizers nothing special except the spicey yellowtail roll. Entrées were good, the Bronzino was the best option. Basically , you go there for the vibe and views. Food/drinks are only fair. Service was good.

   Restaurant was great! Beautiful and nice ambience. Food was really good, but prices were too high for some things.
