   Absolutely loved it here! Staff are so friendly and efficient. We got the all you can eat bbq dinner. You choose what sides you want from the menu and they bring them to you in little bowls, you can have as many as you want! They are all so delicious. Sides include things like pasta, salad, chips, lasagne, macaroni cheese, coleslaw etc. Then the staff come round every few mins with different meat from the bbq and they carve it off at your table. They keep coming round with different meats until you have had enough. The cocktails are brilliant too!

   We booked a table for my birthday dinner and we received the worst service ever. Supposedly, they had more variety of meat in the evening that’s why we wanted to go for dinner rather than lunch, but we ended up only getting the same type of meat (mostly beef) and didn’t even get to try more than half of what was on the list! The servers didn’t bother checking on us - apart from George who kindly asked if we had any requests as he was the only person who was aware that we weren’t getting enough food. We wanted to order more sides due to not having enough meat, but again, no one would even bother to come to our table. Whenever we raised our hands to get their attention, they would avoid eye contact and pretend they didn’t see us. We tried to express our concerns to the lady who initially served us but she didn’t offer anything to compensate - her face showed that she was annoyed and aggressively asked us what we actually wanted. We ended up not having any more appetite and just requested for the bill so we could leave. “EAT FREE ON YOUR BIRTHDAY” - I showed them my birthday voucher on arrival and we were a group of 5, but they still charged me on the bill. I had to complain for that as well! If we were bad people, we would’ve just run off and left without paying the bill. Overall, we didn’t enjoy our experience at Casa Brasil Bristol at all. At first, I was very excited to get my family to try it but it ended up to be a very disappoiting evening.

   Service wasn’t great. Only one server smiled the entire time we were there. Everybody looked so miserable. Salad bar gone now having to order from a menu. Unlimited but unable to see what you are ordering. No mention of Picanha as a beef cut when serving. This is the cut of choice for most Brazilian Rodizio. Atmosphere ok but can sadly say the least enjoyable experience I’ve had at one of these. At over £30 per head would have expected so much more. Won’t be going back to this one.

   First time dining at Casa Brazil, everything was explained clearly by our server, about side dishes and about the meats that would be brought round to the table. All very tasty and great experience.

   The quality of the meat is very poor compared to other all you can eat Brazilian restaurants. The side dishes are not great, the “brazillian rice” looked and tasted like bagged rice and it wasn’t even white rice. People were ver nice but the quality for the price you pay is really not worth it. We were really disappointed. Quality very very poor.
