M Sushi Cary is Michael Lee's second location dedicated to high-quality seafood. Our menu is small, purposeful, and uses only very special seasonal seafood received directly from Japan, Korea, and the US. The quality of our dishes is a direct result of our dedication to fresh ingredients, and our emphasis placed on maintaining traditional Japanese and Korean Cuisine. We specialize in traditional nigiri and sashimi courses in addition to a once in a lifetime Grand Omakase. M Sushi was ranked in 2022 in OpenTable's top 100 restaurants in American. Also, the only restaurant to make the list from North Carolina.

Food is amazing, as always. The crispy rice small plate was so delicious, my new favorite. The rainbow roll was delicious and packed with flavor. The dynamite roll came apart easily and had a bit of a kick but the flavor was balanced overall. We also got the tuna avocado roll, which comes with brown rice, and it’s such a well done classic. Service was lovely and attentive. We were seated quickly, but we had a reservation. Always a great experience, if not a bit expensive. Can’t wait to come back.

M sushi has been absolute our favorite place ! We drive almost 2 hours every time we go dining. However, my husband and I were very disappointed yesterday. The quality and presentation of the sushi rolls were absolutely disappointing. We have no idea what has been changes but something is definitely not the same as before. We were very disappointed with the speciality rolls that we have ordered.

To my taste M Sushi is the best restaurant in NC. Their food is always excellent and delicious and the service is second to none. Highly recommended.
