    We started in the bar, enjoying drinks before the rest of our party arrived. The bar is gorgeous with an extensive selection of bourbon and wines. Our table was ready on  time, and we started with the most delicious ribs for an appetizer. We also ordered pretzels and beer cheese, which were also delicious. For meals, the four of us enjoyed a variety of spicy fillet pasta, smash burger, filet mignon and Seabass. Everything was perfectly cooked.  Although we were stuffed, we decided to order the derby bites with ice cream and the carrot cake. Both were amazing!  We have been to the Carson’s downtown and wanted to try this location. This one would be so much better if they have outdoor seating overlooking the old golf course.  The inside is beautiful however with gorgeous chandeliers everywhere.

    What a wonderful experience for our Easter dinner. The food was amazing and service was as well. Carson's is a fave of ours!

    We had a wonderful Easter brunch at Carson’s. The food and service were both exceptional. Additionally, the facility is beautiful. We highly recommend.

    Went for Easter brunch. Great menu and great food. Excellent value for the quality and quantity of food. Potatoes were good, but I prefer fresh cut like First Watch, but that’s the only thing that wasn’t perfect.

    Our Server YoYo was excellent, food was very good, my only complaint was it took a long time to get a drink, the appetizer was there before we had a drink and it was a bit noisy.

    Food was good as always. However, the business was far from packed, so the service we received was surprisingly lackluster. We were there for two hours and only able to order a single cocktail due to the scarcity of our server. When a second cocktail was attempted, it didn’t beat the check to the table. Additionally, the server rang in our entree incorrectly which resulted in me being brought two entrees at once. No biggie and they immediately realized the error. That did not stop the server from delivering a check that included the extra entree on the ticket at the end of the meal. Luckily, I caught the error and they quickly remedied the issue. There was nothing that would keep us from coming back, but this was the first time we had seen the staff struggle in any fashion on what appeared to be a rather slow evening.
