   Six of us went here for dinner on Saturday night. We made reservations several weeks ahead of time. We got to the restaurant about 30 minutes early and were prepared to have drinks at the bar while we waited for our table. When we checked in at the host stand, we were told they had a table ready for us. We were seated and the service was immediate and efficient throughout our dining experience. It was recommended that we each order something and then everyone would share, so that is what we did. Here is what we ordered and we recommend. Everything was delicious and at the proper temperature. Brussel Sprouts Caesar-- It was excellent so we ended up ordered a second round. Black Rice and Oxtail Risotto-- Without question this is the best risotto I've ever eaten. It was perfectly executed. We ordered seconds of this as well. Shrimp "Scampi"- A fantastic menu item with udon noodles taking this dish to the next level. One of the people in our group doesn't usually like scampi, but loved this version. Devil's Eggs, Gyro Tacos (we ordered two), and Killer Shrimp were all excellent. Short Rib Steak (we had to order seconds of this because it was so good) was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked and seasoned. Cocoa-Espresso New York Strip was great, but we all preferred the Short Rib Steak We tried each of the desserts but the Glazed Donut Bread Pudding was the star. This item is a must, no matter how full you are. It is hard to get bread pudding to the perfect consistency, but they nailed it. My wife and I have eaten here a couple of times previously and it is because we always have great experiences, that we come back and it is a "must" for any trip to Vegas. We have never had any beverage here or any food item here that is not close to perfect.

   There jerk turkey burger is the best turkey burger I’ve ever had! This is definitely a place I will come back to when I visit again.

   OUTSTANDING! Food so good I actually teared up. Super kind humans with great taste (and cocktails!). Don’t walk, RUN to Carson’s!

   The food was delicious, we started with deviled eggs, yum! I had the gyro tacos which were great, very tasty and the ladies had the grilled chicken sandwich with tater tots which had a little spice to them, just right. We sat outside which is a really nice space on a comfortable evening. Service was excellent with a smile. The prices were a little on the high side but the ol saying “you get what you pay for” applies here. Would definitely go back if in the area again.

   La cuisine y est très bonne, pour un bon rapport qualité prix. Seul bémol, nous avons trouvé qu'il y faisait froid. La climatisation marchait trop fort, mais les autres clients ne semblaient pas incommodés. Thanks for this very good Meal.

   Utterly fantastic, inventive menu leading to one of the best meals of my life. The service is warm, the music is outstanding, and the taste, quality, and construction of the menu exceeds the standards of any other restaurant I've dined at in recent memory. Carson Kitchen manages to push the envelope for what great food can be while keeping the experience entirely unpretentious and delightful to all. This is a special establishment with soul, and worth the visit for any occasion.

   Such a great find. The patio is a fun atmosphere and has a cool laid back, trendy vibe. The food was amazing- we shared 4 different entrees and they were all amazing.

    Every time we visit Las Vegas we make plans to eat at Carson Kitchen. This little restaurant just steps away from Fremont Street never disappoints. I highly recommend the deviled eggs, brussel sprout salad, black risotto, and short rib steak.
