   Don’t be fooled Carrabba’s does NOT take reservations! They put you on a call ahead list which is a scam. I made a reservation and when I got there I was behind a number of other people on the call ahead list. Neither Open Table NOR Carrabba’s is being honest here.

   Although we had an Open Table reservation we could not be seated as their "computer was down". To avoid waiting 30 minutes we opted for bar seating. We were met by a cordial server who was pleasant and eager to please. Drinks were fine: a cocktail and a glass of wine. Mama's chicken soup was hit as was the Caesar salad. The Chicken Bryan was fine as was my Pollo Rosa. It would have been even more appetizing if there was a hair in my first bite. Thankfully, I can deal with that, my wife not so much. The manager was informed more from a heads up warning. I was comped that entree. Remember it's Carrabbas, usually good tasting food at reasonable prices.

   It took over an hour to receive our food and once we did receive it, it was probably one of the worse meals we have had in a long time!

   Appetizer was barely warm. Soup was hot but shrimp and pasta was not. Didn’t even get asked if we wanted dessert just brought the check. Manager brought bag for take home as server did not. Did finally get dessert which was ok

   They lost our reservation and we had to wait 30 minutes despite tables being available.

   Generally we love Carrabba's Italian Grill. However, our 9/28/19 visit to the Winchester Carrabba's was disappointing. We arrived at 9:15pm and the restaurant as not particularly busy.... there were empty tables. The Service was very good. The food was, well, lousy. I had Veal Milanese and my wife had Chicken Milanese. Both looked like pre-cooked meat that had a sauce poured over it.... both were served "lukewarm". We both have eaten the same "Milanese" dishes before at another Carrabba's; they were delicious.... we were looking forward to the same quality. Another in our group had Chicken Parmesan; he said it was OK... but he would not order it again. It is a shame that the quality we have experienced elsewhere doesn't seem to reside at this Carrabba's.

   There were 6 of us. Our service was terrible. We had to continually stop someone to get their attention to either fill our drinks or for a request of something. Had to ask for our checks. The restaurant was not even half full so it wasn’t because they were busy

   Food was tasteless terrible experience Italian should be bursting with flavor This was flat. Tasteless Pasta over cooked House wine like dishwater
