   Was more than dismayed when we arrived and Carrabba’s did not have the confirmed open table “call ahead” reservation. I showed the hostess the email and her comment was “well we didn’t get it so there’s nothing I can do; you’re a walk in.” We drove 1/2 an hour to get there and weren’t happy about having to wait so long. I kept checking and asking when our table would be ready and 25 minutes after we arrived they finally sat us. What a waste of time. Did she think I made up the email confirmation just to butt ahead in line?? The food was good and our server was good but probably won’t use this app to reserve anything for this restaurant chain. Just call ahead on the phone especially if you’re in a hurry or are taking your elderly parents (or children) to eat. I was in town visiting so not sure I’ll be back to this location but my parents live here and will think twice about driving all the way out there the next time they want to go out to eat. Shame the host team doesn’t understand more about customer service.

   Expect to wait for a minimum of an hour even with reservations on busy days (Fri-Sun), my only gripe by going there

   They did not have my Open Table reservation. They said they NEVER have Open Table reservations.

   Our server, Jacob, was excellent! Super friendly and totally on top of things! Our food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Good flow to the meal. Highly recommend!

   Everything was fantastic our server very nice, not sure if he just started, serving a bit slow or overwhelmed. Still left a good tip because he was very professional.

    They did not honor the Open Table reservation. When we got there, they said they would try to seat us in 15 minutes, rather than the 25 minutes that applied to those without reservations. In fact, it took them 30 minutes to seat us. The wait service was excellent, food ok.
