   Great food and service was a little slow due to the lack of servers available. However, our sever was great and she provided outstanding customer service.

   Open table reservation was useless as we had to wait 35 mins. However the management made up with good service and good food.

   Bottom line -- we never got to eat. We arrived there 10 minutes before our scheduled reservation to be told that there was a minimum 45 minute wait and that reservations were not really reservations. Never had that experience before with an Open Table reservation. Needless to say, we won't be returning.

   Terrible experience. Reservations were at 7:30, got to the restaurant at 7 and host advised us that there are 10-15 people ahead of us and did not know the wait time. We asked if she would call or text when a table is ready, waited an hour and a half and hadn't heard back, come to find out she forgot that we were waiting and took 8 other people that were scheduled after us. Finally got a table, our server was great, but there was a bigger party that was trying to sit right next to us when there was only room for four other people. There were 8 kids sitting next to us and their parents continuously checking on them, and we asked to be moved and were only to be moved a table over. Four other people from their family moved over and were so loud and obnoxious taking pictures and not even considering those around them trying to have a nice meal. Worst dining experience ever, especially when our main course didn't come out till an hour later.

   The only issue was that we made a reservation through Open Table and it was only honored as first come first serve. We ended up waiting 45 minutes to get seated after our reservation time. We should have been told that reservations are not honored. The reason I use Open Table is to avoid these wait times of Priority Seating etc which is how it is handled through their App. I could have avoided Open Table and gone anywhere and have that amount of wait time even on a holiday like this was.

   Our first time to a Carrabas in Virginia, it was very nice. We were seated immediately and our server was friendly and attentive. Our food was fresh and very good. An overall good experience.

   Reward program does not work. Manager did not honor our reward after 5-6 visits. Very rude manager in Centreville. Don’t go there.

   Service was okay not attentive... Our Waiter was move but he needs more training. Food was good but could be better.

    I like Carrabba's, the chain, but this location was a disappointment. The food was excellent, but we waited 10-15 just to check in with the hostess. Then she couldn't locate our reservation (or those of the two parties ahead of us). Our server was very nice - when she found her way to check on us. Not a single check in on us after the entrees arrived, which meant no drink refills among other things. Took forever to get our check. I will assume this was just a bad night, and still really liked the food. But boy did the service stink from the minute we walked in to the minute we left.
