   We had an amazing first experience. General Manager and staff were top notch! We plan to go back before our trip ends! Shrimp and crab were wonderful and we loved their house flavor.

   Pleasant surprise. Friendly staff and food with their house spices was top notch.

   The music was uncomfortably loud making dinner conversation impossible. Server had trouble hearing resulting in incorrect drink orders. The correct drinks were eventually provided with the incorrect drinks left on the table to the end of the meal. Food was fine, but will not return.

   We showed up for our reservation, waited for a host 15 mins and still no one welcomed us, acknowledged us as servers past by constantly with no interaction. Guests waiting in the seating area said they were there 20 mins and same result, nobody served them. We left after 15 mins and left.

   The waiter pulled his phone out while he was taking our order, we had to remind him to get our drinks and stay on him about our food. When we got the food it was cold and under flavored. I DO NOT recommend this place.

   Very loud music Service was subpar - waiter was not attentive on refills or explaining menu combinations and substitutions Value was lacking - 2 skimpy crab claws equal 1 pound ?? Scale please

   Went there for my Birthday and my Wife had hair in her food. Will never go there again even though the Manager and Server took it off of our bill.

   I wish I could put a million stars!!!! We went here for a late lunch during my bachelorette trip, I LOVE seafood and always wanted to try one of the “bag” places. Ashley the manager was EXCEPTIONAL. She made our experience the absolute best. Everything was so fast and fresh and DELICIOUS and accompanied with Ashley’s helpful attitude and fun personality it was easily one of the best parts of my trip. We will definitely be back ASAP!
