   My absolute favorite ribeye I’ve ever had….ive been a carnivore for 3 years so that says a lot!!!

   The food and service were excellent. The overall vibe is loungey and cool but the noise level was insane. It made conversation at our table of 6 really difficult.

   This is our 4th time dining here. The service is always stellar. I'm shocked this resturant isn't busier. It's one of our favorites. We arrived very late to our reservation and part of our party had to eat quickly and run due to a scheduled show. The staff couldn't have been nicer. They split our check, recommended a fantastic Sicilian Caesar salad and mozzarella caviar app and quickly got it out for us. No pretentiousness, classy, elegant resturant. Our friends who stayed and dined did say the ribeye was a little over done; but they took care of it. My suggestion is always air to under cook instead of overcooking the meat, that way you can correct it by simply tossing it back on the fire. Either way, they took care and they had a great meal.

   Carne Mare is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were met with warm hospitality, a stunning ambiance, and an unforgettable dining experience. But what truly set the evening apart was Kee, our incredible waiter. Kee went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering expert recommendations and ensuring every detail of our meal was perfect. His attentiveness, kindness, and deep knowledge of the menu made all the difference. He didn’t just serve us—he elevated the entire experience with his enthusiasm and professionalism. The food? Simply outstanding. Every dish was crafted to perfection, full of bold flavors and top-tier ingredients. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the pastas were on another level. Carne Mare is a must-visit for anyone looking for an exquisite meal, but if you’re lucky enough to have Kee as your waiter, you’re in for something truly special! We’ll definitely be back—and asking for Kee by name!

   What can I say? It was an amazing experience! The service and food are incredible and who knew there were such a thing as a 17 layer chocolate cake!!

   Overall, it was a great experience. The service was impeccable—exactly what I expected. The bread and Mozz’ Sticks with Caviar were fantastic. However, for the price, I expected more than two. The food, including the Cowboy Veal Chopa and Fettuccini with truffles, had good base flavor but required a bit more seasoning to suit my preferred taste. Lastly, we had a drink - can't recall the name - which was a spin on a Wisky Smash, and we loved it. I will likely return.

    Opportunity for greater logistics planning on Valentine’s Day—long waiting time. Service was not perfect as it usually is. Waited a long time for bread.
