   I don’t understand why it took me so long to eat here. We went for my daughter’s birthday and from the start I knew it would be a great dinner. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I’m so happy that I seen the portions of the meals on other tables. They wore huge. We ordered penny Alla vodka. , wings, chicken parmigiana and Caesars salad. From start to finish everything was amazing. We finished off with cheese cake to end the dinner.

   We were brought to our table almost immediately after checking in. We sat downstairs, which I love. It’s less crowded and noisy. Our server was great. We were taken care of rather quickly! The food was delicious, as always! It was the highlight of my weekend!

   The service was exceptional. The food was outstanding. I highly recommend the the veal parmigiana.

   Had a reservation. They made us wait outside for 35 min until the table ready. Why make a reservation?? We ordered the daily special, the SO CALLED PRIME RIB 40oz. Over vegetables and mushroom sauce.Well, I have been a butcher for 35 years, and I can tell you with certainty that this was not Prime Rib. It was definitely from the hind quarter, not the RIB or middle meat. I'm very disappointed ,we were excited to go there. Beware

   Carmines usually lives up to its reputation but this visit was a disappointment. The service was rushed, inconsistent and poor. Our server seemed annoyed from the beginning. We had to ask for things multiple times to the point of going to the bar for items we requested. The food was good but the poor service impacted our experience. After dinner coffees were lukewarm to cold. In fact the best service was from the bus boys. We brought this to the attention of the manager who was very responsive. We hope they do better next time.
