    Celebrate Mother's Day with a delightful brunch that’s as special as the woman of the hour! Our Mother’s Day Brunch features a White Pozole, Queso Fundido, Ribeye fajitas and freshly baked brownie sundae. Each dish is crafted with care, offering a perfect balance of flavors to satisfy every palate. To make the occasion even more memorable, we’re offering a complimentary Margarita for all the moms – the perfect toast to moms everywhere. Starters (Your choice of) -Mexican Caesar: Romaine lettuce, roasted corn, cotija cheese, tomato and tortilla strips. Tossed in a chipotle Caesar dressing -White Pozole: Pork, onion, cabbage, avocado, cilantro and radishes. Served with house-made tortilla chips. Appetizers (Your choice of) -Shrimp & Avocado Tostada -Queso Fundido Entree (Your choice of) -Ribeye Fajitas: Onions, pepper, guacamole, crema, beans and rice. Served with your choice of flour or corn tortillas. -Chilaquiles: House-made tortilla chips, carne asada tossed in a tomatillo sauce. Topped with a crema, queso fresco and an egg made your way. -Lobster Tamale: Stuffed with lobster. Topped with a lobster brandy cream sauce. Dessert -Brownie Sundae We will also be offering a kids menu for children 12 and under for $12.

    This place! 5 stars! I had the poblano chile cheese crisp. So tasty and perfectly light and crispy. Him had the carne asada tacos. Excellent…he devoured them! We will definitely be back! Side note, try the Mexican Cola Fashioned.

    Delicious Mexican food, great salsa & guacamole! Salsa, chips, & water came to the table quickly!! Portions were large, value & prices were top notch. Service was great and ambiance was pleasant. Could have used some fans to move air around a bit, it was a warm & a little stagnant, but not terrible. Overall, a fantastic meal!

    The food was VERY GOOD! I had the chicken burro and loved the flavor but it was a tiny bit too spicy although I devoured it all. If I had known I would have requested to have it toned down. The other 3 diners in my party gave the food a "10." There were 4 of us and we dined outside because the air conditioning was broken, but who doesn't love dining outside? The problem was the tables are too small to accommodate 4 dinner plates and glassware. The outdoor chairs are not real comfortable, leaning back a bit from the table. Dining outdoors is a plus, but this makes it less inviting. We all definitely agreed to go back, as the staff was great and food delish. Just can't do 5 stars

    Their air confition was not broken It was a sweat box and very unpleasant way to eat Food just ok I wont go back Service mediocre ! Dissapointing experience.

    We were having trouble getting reservations anywhere last minute on a Saturday night when we stumbled upon an opening at Carbòn. The service was excellent, margaritas were delicious, and the food was all wonderful. The chips, salsa, beans, and guacamole were a tasty start. The carnitas bowl had all sorts of fun flavors mixed together. The cilantro rice was next level yummy. The vibe inside the restaurant is fun and modern and there is a small outdoor seating area as well. We will definitely return!

    Fabulous neighborhood Mexican food. Seabass and fajitas are outstanding. Even skinny margaritas are tasty! Good salsa and chips are free (very nice touch). Hubby goes crazy for the open faced chile relleno, too. Bowl entree is the only thing I’ve found to be less than stellar. It’s truly delicious ne of the best Mexican restaurants in the area, with reasonable prices, also.
