   Normally I really like this chain's food and have been particularly impressed with their regular pizzas. Of late, I have been doing more gluten free dishes as a health measure. Their GF pizza is not something I will try again as the crust was dry and the pizza was simply not very good. I must applaud their efforts to help the GF customer as they have worked extensively to do so but they need to apply the quality that their regular dishes have to the GF offerings.

   Took 20 minutes for server to take our order. Asked for water on 3 separate oaccasions prior to food being delivered and we got it after the food arrived. Food came out for some, but not all, about 45 minutes after ordering however not all at the same time. When the rest of the food finally came, everyone else had finished their meals. Management had excuses, but not much compassion for customer. Left restaurant very disappointed.

   We went to this CPK in Chicago while we were staying at a nearby hotel. Its proximity to our hotel is the only thing that I can point to that makes this restaurant worthwhile visiting. The service was absymal - our waiter was very nice, but completely neglected us from the time we sat at our table to the time he returned our check folio with my credit card missing and no slip to sign. The food was slightly better than the service, but not by much. The decor was mediocre - much less attractive than other CPK's we've visited. The atmosphere was more diner-like than chain restaurant. Overall, a truly mediocre experience.

   Service was horrible. My salad had to be remade three different times as they kept messing it up. Our pasta dish came out stone cold, but we did not return it due to the other issues. Horrible experience! Horrible Service.

   Wonderful, fast service and great food. My party of 7 was warmly greeted and seated promptly. As a matter of fact, our table had my name on it. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. We especially liked the warm sour dough bread and the seasoned dipping sauce. A great dining experience for my family.

   Excellent experience from staff, choice of pizzas with character and we got a table right away with priority setting and where we liked it. A good casual yet high class acquaintance with Chicago and Pizzas.

   Really good Thai Crunch salad and Sesame Ginger Chicken dumplings. Pizza is bomb.

    BBQ chicken pizza with bacon is really good. Service was good. Atmosphere had a few busy body kids that took away from the experience.
