   The service was stellar, the food was so so, but the main issue was the lighting. It was so dark my party and I had to pull out the lights on our phones to read the menu.

   The food was good, but the open table did not work the way I thought it was supposed to work. It lists times for a reservation, however they do not actually take reservations, so they treat you as if you came in at the reservation time, and put you on the list accordingly. We got there 15 minutes early, but because we had a reservation listed 15 minutes later, we had to wait that 15 minutes, and then be put on the list, which was another 25 minutes. I am disappointed that the restaurant nor open table, do not practice any preference in seating or waiting to the front of the line of people who did nothing but show up. Why would you bother to make a reservation if it does not save any time? There did not seem to be any priority seating.

   The whole experience was great . I took my grandson out to dinner . He loves the bread and of course the pizza too . I had a great salad . Waitress was a sweet girl

   Never disappointed in CPK. It's a place where you can relax enjoy friends and eat well. Love the Thai Crunch and the Avocado Rolls!

   We had an order come to us that was wrong and they went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected. Helpful and courteous staff- we will be back!!

   Probably the 3rd time I have used the app for priority seating at this Northridge location and all 3 times, no one has checked the separate iPad where reservations come in. The host said “we got busy”. When we arrive, it’s as if I’m waiting alongside everyone else with no priority. Don’t know why it’s only this CPK though. Service was a bit slow but they were busy from Wednesday’s Farmer’s Market. Again, it’s really only this CPK. Might as well just walk in and not use this app. Seems like the wait is the same anyways.

    When I arrived, they didn’t know I made a reservation thru OpenTable. They had to open the app on their end and saw there were 2 additional reservations on there aside from mine. Still had to wait like everyone else. Didn’t really feel like priority seating. But our service after being seated was wonderful.
