   The hostess had no idea what we were talking about when I mentioned Priority Seating. It took forever for a server to show up, in fact we had to have somebody go and get him. The noise level was almost unbearable because of a table right next to ours with 5 teenage girls. Horrible. The food was OK, but not great.

   Terrible service. Very dirty restaurant. Restaurant needs both kept up and cleaned.

   Took an absurd amount of time to be acknowledged & seated at 3pm (not very busy, plenty of open tables) with a reservation made ahead of time.

   Food was good but service this evening was a bit off the mark....we did t get plates with our appetizer, no napkins for the kids, and in general we were forgotten more often than not...

   Great late evening meal. Just made it in the door at 9:30pm with a party of 6, and they treated us well, no exasperated looks by staff...all were friendly and welcoming. Service was excellent and food was served very hot and tasted great.

   It was my Birthday and my adoptive mother wanted to take me to lunch. I know she loves pizza and I am not a big eater, but I have my favorites at CPK. The Priority seating was not a priority at all... And then we had to wait for 35 min for someone to show up at the table and it was at the end of the lunchtime... The waiters didn't seem to be in a hurry. The waitress who was supposed to serve us didn't even make an eye contact to let us know she had noticed us. One of her colleagues came. His name was Peter and of course, things changed after that. He notified the manager, so the lady came to apologize, but Peter took a good care of us once he appeared. We would love to thank him, very nice guy.
