   My friends and I always like to dine at CPK because of the variety on the menu. I miss the MIso Shrimp salad that you offered before.

   I made a “priority seating” reservation via the app and when we arrived, the hostess told me that their app wasn’t working and refused to honor my reservation. When I told her that I was able to book my seating on the app she made no effort to try to help us get seated faster. She merely was going to put us on the list as if we just got there. When I tried to make a reservation for another restaurant I couldn’t because we were “dining” according to the app. I couldn’t call the restaurant to cancel my reservation because their app was broken. There should be a better way to cancel reservations and resolve issues such as these. We ended up eating dinner elsewhere because of this.

   When I went there and said I booked an open table, the employee said that their website for OpenTable was down and wasn’t working.

   I love the food at CPK, but since I'm not willing to wait more than 10 minutes to be seated, and CPK won't take reservations, I only eat here once every few years, and they only maybe if I'm with one other person, and we can be seated immediately at the bar. OpenTable allowed me to get priority seating for a group of 4, but it still took about 20 minutes (we were discussing abandoning our "priority status" when we decided to inquire about what the hold-up was, at which point they seated us immediately). The problem with getting seated outweighs the quality of the food for me.

   Our server Erika made things SO much more better than our last experience there, it was like a 180degrees difference!

    The Waldoff salad and shrimp pasta were good, but my favorite salad is the Roasted Veggie salad. Our server was very good.
