   We used the app for priority seating however,when we checked in in they said they did not have a record of it.

   This restaurant is losing its appeal; sterile atmosphere, and the staff doesn’t seem as enthusiastic. It’s beginning to take on the look, tone, and feel of an establishment that owned by an equity firm rather than a “true” restaurant group. Too bad for staff and customers.

   I thought the purpose of Open Table was to book a reservation for an open table at a certain time. I was disappointed to learn, after we arrived at the restaurant, that this booking was for priority seating. That goes against what Open Table is all about IMO. If Open Table is going to allow a booking to be limited to priority seating, it needs to be much more explicit that's what you are booking on the app. I would not use Open Table to book a priority seating request in the future. The restaurant was good as usual. We have been there many times. Many different varieties of pizza. There was confusion about the Open Table booking. The manager came over and explained that Open Table is priority seating for them and that it said that in the description for the restaurant. Sure enough, way down in the description, it did. I didn't need to read the description since we had been to the restaurant many times before. She did end up giving us a discount on our bill for the confusion. Apparently, they had only been on Open Table for a couple of weeks and were still working out the logistics.

   Food and service were very good. It was pretty noisy which is the only reason I marked 4 instead of 5 on ambience. We had priority seating via Open Table and had to wait only about 5 minutes. Others arriving at the same time were told the wait would be 15-20 minutes.

    The restaurant didn't have any record of our open table reservation and it created some issues at seating.
