   As we were staying over the road we decided to try this restaurant one evening. We chose pizzas and I have to say we both thought they were the best pizzas we’d had in a long time - one with artichokes and the other vegetarian. The server was also very pleasant and looked after us well. We’ll definitely be back at the end of the month on our next visit to Colorado Springs.

   Very busy night at CPK. Took a very long time to get our salad and then 2 minutes later, our server brought out our dinners. Didn’t have time to even put a forkful of lettuce in my mouth. I asked if they could put our meal under a warming light, but she did not recommend it because the cheese in our pasta would get screwed up. In her defense, she did say she would have our meals remade if we wanted but we declined. Food was good just timing was terrible. Server did try to help us. Not sure who’s fault the time delay was- the salad maker who didn’t get it made? Or was the server late getting it to us because of how busy she was?

   Great for a casual “jeans” date night out. Nothing over the top special here, just good food and service. Some interesting pizza toppings and nice desserts. Will be back for sure
