   Only Problem encountered was that when I signed up to dine there. I was anticipating earning 100 points. This was the 2nd time I ate there using open table. Now only to find out we didn’t earn the 100 points. Shady.

   30 minutes after my scheduled reservation time my wife and I walked out, on our anniversary dinner. Place is a joke, did not give a priority seating. Manager laughed in my face when I explained that they have been asking us to wait for a long period of time. Will NEVER go back

   When we arrived our waiter did not want us in his section. It was very awkward. He was very rude. The Host had us helped by Erica instead. She was good but it was very distracting having that other male waiter that was arguing with other waiters and treating customers rudely. He even made a family move out of the seats they were already in to go in the section where our waiter was. Another time another female waiter came over and put our drinks on our table, she got the order wrong and we just switched the drinks around then she barked at us that our waiter told her that was the order. Another table asked for a plate and she yelled at them that she was getting it already. Worst customer service skills or rather lack there of. Any way our waitress was very polite and helpful even though she was dealing with two very rude co workers. The food was delicious so kudos to the pizza chef.

   The food and the waiter were phenomenal....The only problem was they did not have it down anywhere that I had done priority seating. They did not have my name in there.

   So I made reservations for Saturday for 6 people and they weren't quite ready but it didn't take long. They had set up a nice big table for 6 and we had a very good waiter who was very attentive. They got everything right and everyone enjoyed their food. The food was great!!

   Seating was ultra slow despite reservation. Walk ins were quoted less time than we were upon arrival with a reservation for same party size. Food took at least 45 minutes for a pizza and salad. Pizza was cold and salad was tiny for $18.99. Never got desert that was ordered due to 15 minutes and no kids ice cream ( should take a couple minutes especially for kids menu). Worst meal in recent history.
