   Great buffet. Service was outstanding. Kudos to our server (Juree..spelling?) and chef Nick in the buffet area.

   We eat there every week for the prime rib. Tonight all of our food was literally cold when it got to us . Very disappointing. Our server offered to get the manager but this is just not the norm so we chose not to have the manager come to our table..

   Finally got seated 45 minutes after our reservation time only to walk through the restaurant and see several open tables. And there were several couples still waiting for nearly an hour to be seated. Servers were all kids covered with weird tattoos and had no idea how to be a server or be professional. Ribs, potato skins and Spinach Maria were good. Ale steak was tough and bland. I might go back for lunch sometime but I won’t take my wife there for a nice dinner again. Primarily due to the unprofessional service.

   Apparently Calhouns doesn’t understand what reservations mean. We had a 7pm reservation and didn’t get seated until almost 8pm. When I asked about the wait I was given poor excuses about being busy but people who didn’t have reservations and came in after we did were seated before we were. Overall a very poorly run establishment.
