    Great dinner! Specials were excellent and I loved the sunfish! Service was great as well and all six of us had a great time

    The place was deserted at 7:30pm. The server was not attentive and the cream based pasta dishes were all scorched. Being that it took 45 minutes to get the food (mind you there was a total of 3 people at our table and 9 total in the whole place-- the other 6 were already eating...). Avoid.

    The food was as always beyond great. The.service got off to a very slow start but once started the service was flawless. A great place when you want good food, good service and reasonable prices. When you are deciding what to order keep in mind that the entrees are made up of very large servings.

    The food was good but certainly nothing to write home about. Our server was absolutely awful. She had the zero personality and was not attentive at all. I know that this is only one the server of many, so I'm only speaking of her. I made a note on my reservation that I was newly engaged and it was my fiance's 50th birthday so please do something special. Absolutely nothing was said or done. That's crappy.

    Made reservations, but they did not have a table for us. We finally got seated outside and our table was the only one with no tablecloth. We froze even though they said it would be warm by the fireplace. The salad had no flavor, and the spicy pasta was not spicy at all. We will not be going back.

    Have been here many times, but didn't have a good experience this past weekend. Slow service due to a large party that backed things up for everybody else. Hamburger came out well done instead of rare. Sent back, and after more time, a burger that was raw and cold came out. Wife's meal was good, and my meal was comped, but the operations didn't measure up. Lastly, the manager never came by to check in, or apologize for missing the mark. Disappointed...

    Loved the atmosphere - holiday decorations and live music. Service was good (servers seemed new so not completely on top of everything). Food was excellent. We plan to bring out of town relatives to this restaurant when they visit.

    We have been going to Cafe Boa for years. Very nice atmosphere and good selection of wines. This particular visit the food was not as good as it has been in the past. Maybe just an off night? We will go back however, as in the past I would rate it 4.5 star.
