   We had a great time at Sydnie Mae, would definitly be back, live music, really good food and the service was outstanding.

   The service was wonderful. However, the kitchen may have been having an off night. Although my wife and I each had different dinners, we both later had upset stomachs. I am guessing that the deep fry oil did not agree with us. We had high recommendations from locals, so one experience may not lead to a firm decision on the restaurant.

   Ron, although we are grateful for your feedback, I will take exception to your comments. We replaced the fryer oil with FRESH beef tallow earlier that day. I also checked in with guests that ordered the same dishes as you did, all with positive responses and no issues. We didn't have an "off night", no one complained, or any dish were sent back. How do I know this, I was the guy that brought the umbrellas to you in the torrential rain. I am also the guy that talk to you and everyone on the way out the restaurant that evening to ensure that we deliver an exceptional experience. Could it be that you both may have had a stomach virus?     Cafe Sydnie Mae simply doesn't disappoint. It's not just dinner, it's a total experience. The food, ambiance & entertainment combine for an incredible dining experience. 5 stars all the way!
