   The macaroni was sadly tasteless and the steak underhung but thankfully we enjoyed excellent service including provision of a candle for the birthday......thank you.

   We always have a good time at Cafe Rouge in Bath. The staff and helpful and informative, the food comes quickly and it looks and tastes excellent. The staff are flexible and unflappable, as when half our party didn't turn up and we had to downsize.

   I do recommend booking a table this place can get very busy, we ate early evening on a Saturday night with a large group of friends, the staff are always friendly & effeicent, the food hot and filling a great improvement since our last visit, and all for a reasonable price. I would Highly recommend if meeting friends in Bath.

   When visiting Bath we always go to Café Rouge. It's always as good as we remember it from the last time, fresh food, friendly service, reasonably priced.

   Service was slow. Waited a long time for someone to come to our table, even longer for drinks. Two different waiters served our table. Have come here once before for afternoon tea with my daughter and should have took heed then. Waiter extremely arrogant and arguing with a female member of staff. Service very slow and ununcomfortable atmosphere.

   Unfortunately despite 2 emals confirming our online booking, one a reminder the day before. When we got to the restaurant they had no record of the reservation! Then the two items I wanted where not available that night: snails and muscles. Nearly walked out, but pleased I stayed as the food was good, and the house red was good and resently priced.
