Café Luna has been conveniently located in Carmel Mountain Ranch since 1991. An Evening at Café Luna has best been described as "A Celestial Dining Experience". Each and every item on our menu, including our savory nightly specials, are hand-made to order with you, our guest, in mind.

Some of Café Luna's signature dishes are our Tournadoes Gorgonzolia, our Fusilli Umbriaco and our highly requested Rosetta – a homemade pasta sheet rolled with ham and Swiss cheese that's sliced and baked with a Parmesan cream sauce. In addition to exceptional food & service, Café Luna also has an extensive wine list and full bar. The atmosphere at Café Luna has a romantic yet comfortable ambiance. You can dress up for a special occasion or come casually and sit at our full bar. We also offer an extensive wine list and Happy Hour specials, Tuesday through Friday from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

Owner would not honer a gift certificate just because it was issued 10 years ago. The certificate had no exploration date on it and was signed by a previous owned. The company had taken the money for the certificate years prior and the certificate was misplaced. We found it and went to use it and when presented the managed said ok, but than said she wanted to check with the owned who said no way. It was to old. He would not honer it because it was signed by a different owner. Even though he admitted he knew the person who signed it and admitted they had owned the cafe he still would not honer the certificate. That was just wrong. Please don't eat at a place that will not honer their past debts admitted debts. This owner clearly has no respect for trying to make patron felt welcome in his establishment. Please stay away.

Love the food and Jaime is an excellent host. However, the staff have trouble remembering the specials and pricing. The service sucks so it detracts from the overall experience.

If you haven't been to Cafe Luna in the Carmel Mountain Ranch area lately, you're missing out on a wonderful dining experience. Fantastic dishes, wonderful service, and great entertainment (Saturdays). I strongly recommend you check out Cafe Luna !

Even though we were late for our reservation, they took us in and had a table ready. Great food and the bread was most excellent. Really got you in the mood for a great meal.

We ordered 3 pastas and a halibut entree. The pastas were outstanding, probably the best we've ever had. The halibut was disappointing as was the dessert. The Artesa pinot noir made up for the dessert. Service was very good. The ambiance was great but it was a little noisy. I will certainly eat here again.
