A more casual version of Hitchcock on Bainbridge, but the same great food.

This food is amazing. Any out of town guest will be automatically sent to experience Cafe Hitchcock and the northwest flavor. Excellent drink menu.

Five of us dropped in on a Monday evening before heading to the nearby ferry. Our meals were inventive and delicious, the service crisp, and the prices reasonable. They have fairly generous small and large plates, and well-poured, colorful cocktails. Standouts were the roasted carrots with a pistachio honey sauce, a Toulouse sausage that my French brother-in-law pronounced authentically made, and a croissant bread pudding that must be shared. Since we're from Port Townsend, it was also a delight to see Red Dog vegetables on the menu.
