Fresco Café is the fruition of a lifelong dream for owners Susan and Bill Neubauer. Susan and Bill have spent the past 20 years in the Bozeman Area. Cafe Fresco, Serving lunch 11-4 and dinner 4-9 pm, is located downtown nestled next to beautiful Bozeman Creek. It is a relatively small restaurant and typically requires reservations. Summertime patio seating is right next to the creek! They are passionate about SW Montana as well as the premium Rustic Italian food that they make from scratch using many Montana sourced foods. Try our favorites such as Wild AK Salmon over Penne, Chicken Parmigiana, Hand rolled Ravioli, and Spaghetti Bolognese!

I really love this restaurant. The food and service is excellent but it is always too warm, especially towards the back of the room and the noise level is so loud. Hard to have a conversation with your guests from out of town.

We have eaten at this restaurant many times. The food is always excellent. This time the service was mediocre to poor. Our server did not wait for us to complete our order, did not offer us bread, did not keep our water glasses full, and did not offer us dessert or ask if we would like anything else before slapping the check on the table. Also, this is Bozeman in February: it would be nice to have somewhere to put one's coat rather than just throwing it over the back of one's chair.

Nice atmosphere, good service, great flavors of our salads and entrees. Just one Small issue; we felt that the Lasagna noodles were a bit overcooked, making them a bit too soft, but flavor and amount of sauce was very good. Nothing terrible but hope this helps as a suggestion to the cooks!
