   Amazing experience! Beautiful elegance in a historical setting. The service was impeccable and the food delicious and presented as if the meal was a masterpiece, which it was. We opted for a la carte and enjoyed our meal from the cocktails to dessert. A real gem.

   We sat down early for dinner and were greeted with the kindest service and had exceptional food. Denis made us feel like true friends and recommended great wine and encouraged us to try the sweetbreads which ended up being one of the best things we ate while in Paris. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Paris.

   Enjoyed our meal. My husband said the escargot was the best he’d ever had. The coffee ice cream dessert was delicious!

   I booked a reservation for this café through opentable, but when I arrived, they had no record of it. I was informed that they don’t accept third-party reservations, which was frustrating as this wasn’t mentioned on the app. Unfortunately, I had to wait for a table, which disrupted my plans. The staff was polite, but the experience left me disappointed. Clearer communication regarding reservations would improve the overall experience.

   I made a reservation well in advance, but was given a table behind a wall and service stand. I asked to move but was told the main room was full with a group which was just not true. I went to the ladies and on my way back saw one table paying the bill, so went to find a hostess to ask to change. It took some time for her to agree! The food was not memorable and the service very abrupt and intermittent. It is a shame as the main room is very pretty and their reputation is good. For the cost I would not return.
