Restaurant was closed-not open for business despite the open table reservation. Ruined a night out with my parents who were in from out of town.

Restaurant was CLOSED until further notice. They accepted our reservation, sent a confirmation text, etc. but nowhere did it say they weren't even open. Don't understand why neither the restaurant nor OpenTable have taken this off the list.

THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT OPEN. IT SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT BE ON YOUR WEBSITE. WE WENT TO THE RESTAURANT AND IT WAS CLOSED AND THEN HAD A HARD TIME FINDING ANOTHER RESERVATION DUE TO IT BEING A FRIDAY NIGHT. UNACCEPTABLE FOR OPEN TABLE TO BE ALLOWING PEOPLE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR A PLACE THAT HAS BEEN CLOSED SINCE NOVEMBER.

The restaurant has been closed since November 2020. The notice from Open Table said to call to confirm what the restaurant's Covid policies are and since we are vaccinated that was not an issue we needed to worry about. We parked and paid for parking only to get to a closed and shuttered business. I am very disappointed that Open Table still has them listed. Please try and keep up with the changes. Cafe Bionda was a favorite when it was open was open and the food was always good.

Restaurant has been closed since the Fall of 2020. Not sure why Open Table would be accepting reservations for this restaurant.

This restaurant is closed! Thank you OpenTable for having us travel there and meet a friend there only to pay for parking at the Chicago parking meter, walk down the street, and the restaurant is locked and closed due to Covid. Please update your records so other OpenTable customers don’t experience the same frustration as we did.
