   My experience at this restaurant was terrible, hence I can give nothing more than 1 star. Deceitful staff, management lying to customers, subpar food, bad atmosphere. I came here for a special occasion meal with my sister on the 3rd August, a lovely summer day. We were seated immediately by a friendly host. We then received our nice starters in good time, great mocktail and cocktail, and had very high hopes for the rest of the meal. The server we had at first obviously clocked out and a new server was with us from the time we got out main course. The steak, smothered in sauce, was dry, hardly edible, bland besides the sauce - the "salad" was very odd and I could barely eat more than a nibble of the tough leaves. The chips were the only thing I could stomach from my main - my sister enjoyed her rice and chicken but also stated it would've been very dull if not for the hot sauce. The worst part of the meal came when the server came 3 times to take payment. She took a very long time to do so and even had the gall to yawn whilst we were trying to work out the bill split. She had added, on her own accord, 12.5% service to the table of 2 even though the menu states this will only be added to tables of 6 or more - I read this later online and got in touch with the management to complain about it, who told me (falsely) that because West Ham had had a match that day, they expected it to be busy so all tables added service charge and that this was "clearly stated on the menu" - it isn't. The most ridiculous excuse to try to cover up for deceitful staff, by being deceitful? Poor form, management. So the staff and management are deceitful, the food subpar and service is bad. We would have left a tip anyway but the lies and deceitful nature of service here left a bitter taste.

   I had booked Cabana after seeing good reviews however, my experience was good but not great. The staff were friendly to start with but it became hard to get their attention despite sitting by the tills and not being far from the door but they would typically be chatting at the door hence the reason we couldn't get their attention. Food was good but not amazing. Difficult to eat healthy and also if you have any intolerance as most things are fried and in the same oil. Also value for money isn't great in comparison with more accommodating restaurants out there.

   Horrible. The waste tasting chicken I've ever had stay away. Waste of time and money. The tables was sticky. Baby high chair was dirty. Never again.

   I loved the atmosphere and the staff were happy and initially attentive. However the service got very slow to the point where we waited 25 mins to be asked for pudding.

   First time users of this restaurant and booked cold off internet as pre-theatre base for Theatre Royal, around ten minutes walk away. Decent enough place but essentially all meals boiled down to mince, black beans and rice in some sort of wrap.

   Our waiter was so friendly and helpful, the food I got was not great because the chicken was thigh piece and not breast which was not stated on the menu. My friend really enjoyed her food she got a burrito. For dessert definitely recommend the Nutella filled mini dough balls and the cocktails are yum!

   Absolute awesome venue, I booked it for my birthday with my family. They had never had Brazilian food before and it didn't disappoint. The menu selection was great, kids menu was a bit bland for my youngest though. The music was just what I had hoped for, amazing verity of old and new. Rum cocktails were strong so don't drive if you can and the expresso was the best I have ever had. I will definitely be going back.
