   Was the worst rib eye steak I have ever eaten. I ordered rare and the steak came as thin as a piece of paper and completely cooked all the way through.

   Hardly any staff and waited ages to order. Kids party going on so it was really loud and really slow. Just seemed to be a lot of kids. Upside is they take Taste Card.

   Flavourless food. THE worst burrito ever. Slow service despite restaurant being empty. I imagine it would be w great place for Friday evening drinks though. Nice ambience, shame about the food.

   Very disappointed that the brunch menu is no longer offered, despite still being advertised on the Open Table app. Having questioned this with the restaurant staff we were informed that it has not been offered for several months and Open Table have been asked to remove the menu but have not done so. I hope they will soon to avoid disappointing future customers!

   Waited ten minutes at the door to be seated, then were seated in-between two big groups and right under neath the speakers, even though we'd booked the table well in advance. The music was so loud that we had to shout our names 4 times before being heard and a conversation was going to be impossible. Needless to say, we up and left without having dined. Probably fun for a group booking and lots of booze, terrible venue, if you actually want to enjoy your meal and a conversation.

   Lunch was busy and there were only two members of staff needless to say the food was a little slow in coming. However I enjoyed the food and there was a nice atmosphere. I would go again

   Allowed me to book the restaurant, but when we got there it was closed for a private function and we had to make alternate arrangements at short notice. Very frustrating

   I was disappointed that when we turned up the restaurant was closed for a private venue, despite the fact that i successfully booked a table through OpenTable. The staff tried to be helpful and find us a table but it was clear the whole restaurant was taken up by an event so i told them not to worry about it. It was a shame that i thought i'd booked somewhere to eat before a gig at the O2 academy and then had to try find somewhere else, which was very difficult. If the booking hadn't been accepted in the first place i would simply have booked another restaurant.

   Food was great! The waiters tried their best but we had to wait more than 45 mins for a drink!!! In fact our food came before we got a drink! Overall good but don’t do 2for 1 if you can’t deliver! Food was amazing though so I would go again but not if I was in a hurry!!!

    I do love this restaurant. On this occasion though, the service was terrible. Half our order didn't arrive and we were still charged for it. They just didn't have enough staff
