   10 out of 10—every single time. The service is consistently warm and professional, the food is exceptional (fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated), and the atmosphere is upscale yet inviting. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, C&S never misses. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates quality dining done right. Might I add that, Delta is the absolute best!

   One of our favorite local spots. Was a bit disappointed this visit. Service was not up to par from our usual experience. Food was still excellent- just need to keep sharpening on all levels.

   Every time I come here everything is top tier amazing!! We sat at the bar , Rachael and Sam was bartending , Rachael offered me this new French wine that on the menu that was absolutely amazing!!!! The food was amazing and so we all the drinks. We always have the best time here !

   Had a lovely lunch today with Rachel. Chargrilled oysters are always perfect. Thank you for the most refreshing yummy martini!

   Planned to come in with my wife for her birthday lunch. She got stuck working so I sat at the bar with Rachel. Rachel, my wife says thank you so much for such great customer service and taking care of her from afar. She loved her salmon BLT! And she was very appreciative of you taking the time to make sure her lunch would be enjoyable to eat at home! (Separate boxes and sauces on side so it wouldn’t be gross) it was such a small detail but we thank you!! She said she will be back to try your espresso martini. Above & beyond customer service! Oh and my shrimp poboy was as equally delicious.

   Another great experience at this location, with the service behind the bar from Crystal and Luis being stellar! Gauge (GM) was welcoming as soon as we walked in the door, Tommy (AM) was walking around making sure we and other customers were enjoying everything, and Chefs Zan and Shaggy clearly did their thing with the new gumbo recipe they rolled out because it was soooo good!

   I had Easter brunch with my mother today at C&S. I live just up the road and have been there before a few times since it opened and enjoyed every experience. I cannot possibly overstate the level of appreciation for our experience today. This was 10+/10 brunch. Beyond. I want to be very clear. From the valet to the host and hostess to our waiter, everything was personal and exquisite. The. Food. Is. Fantastic. Not a single culinary element missed. But the SERVICE took this to a new level that should be recognized. They didn’t know that my mother is struggling with a very painful and complicated recovery from a major surgery or that I have had two personal and tragic deaths recently. Not at all. Nor should they. We were two ladies having brunch on Easter. But they made our day with their expertise, attentiveness and humor. Their service transported our day and for that, I thank them. Everybody. This restaurant is a true testament to hospitality and dining on every level. Everyone go to C&S Brookhaven! (Special thank yous to Moses and Joseph)

   This was an absolutely great dinner. The service from the moment we entered until the time we left was phenomenal. Everyone courteous and professional. The server was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. The food was delicious and very indulgent. The cocktails tasted great

    We came to C&S Seafood for lunch on a Saturday to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday. We had all looked at the lunch menu ahead of time to plan for our selection. However, we were given the dinner menu and were told that we could not order from the lunch menu. I could find nothing on the website that said this, so we were all quite displeased by this bit of deception. We would not have dined here had we known this. We have been here before but had never eaten outside. So, we tried dining outside this time. The tables were too close together, and it was not very comfortable. I would not make this choice again. The servers were very good, but we waited a very long time to get our entrees. The salads were good, but my fish and my wife's vegetables were not hot at all. Otherwise, the food, was quite good. Also, they did give a free dessert for my sister-in-law's birthday, which was appreciated. Based on this experience, I would never return for lunch on a Saturday, unless they actually serve from the lunch menu. At the very least, they should update the website to clarify that there is no lunch available on Saturday.
